In 1931 Cincinnati bought land for a new school. The new school building was built using labor paid for by the Works Progress Administration. The new rock building was ready for the January term in 1939. A school lunchroom was started in 1946. It remained active until it consolidated with Siloam Springs in 1960.

The Cincinnati schoolhouse was separated and made into two homes. The New Year’s Eve tornado in 2011 damaged the buildings and they are now in ruins.
